Two of My Favorites!
Rennaisance Festival
The Michigan Rennaisance Festival. We went with our good friends Josh and Missi. Fun Times! I can't believe that you guys won't be here next year. It makes me sad just thinking about it!
Sunflowers
These have been blooming in my front yard for most of the summer. I have loved having them and seeing them and I will sorely miss them during the winter months!
Garden Bounty
We have just LOVED having a garden! Tharren planted potatoes this year. And yes, they are heaven! These berries were to die for and we are still picking the last of the raspberries! Thank you, my love, for have the desire and endurance to provide us with such amazing garden fresh produce! It is going to be a long winter with out all our fresh veggies. We do however have a plethora of carrots that we hope will last us into the colder months as well as some peas, lettuce, spinach and herbs. As long as the frost stays away we should be able to enjoy these for a couple more months.
Wyatt's First Day of School
Wyatt was SO excited to start school. He is so social and makes friends so easily. I just love that about him. He had NO reservations about starting school. On the way there the first day he said "mom, you DON'T have to walk me in, just drop me off, ok?" I, of course, said NO WAY! We walked him in and he was ok with that. He is in a program called young 5's. It is pretty much a mixture of preschool and kindergarten. It was totally my choice to put him there. They only have FULL day kindergarten here and I just felt that Wyatt (4 years old when school started) didn't need to be gone for 8 hour a day. So, he will go to full day kindergarten next year. I am good with that.
