I hope this works it is the first video I have put on my blog. Random that it is of June Bugs, You will have to read my other June Bug post to understand. If you listen closely you can hear them hitting our house, it sounds like rain, sick!!!!!!
This was the view from our front porch tonight, do I need a swing out there or what!? It was so pretty, pictures never do it justice!

Buick Open week. For those of you who don't know it is a major golf tournament and it takes place in good old Grand Blanc Michigan, their last claim to fame. We have seen some pro golfers dirving around, kinda fun!
This is the blimp (I think this is a great word) that takes the aerial views of the tournament, we could see it from our back yard, I just had to take a picture.

Is this cute or what! Wyatt is always so excited when Tharren comes home and wants his undivided attention!

June Bugs and a new trampoline!
We got a trampoline for our back yard and Wyatt loves it! He wants us to jump with him all the time. Who needs the gym when you have an almost 3 year old?

Yes that is Tharren sitting on our roof. We have been having a slight, ok a MASSIVE june bug problem. You know the beeltes that come out in June? There are usually a few around and you usually find them dead because they die before they are really ever noticed. But as I was researching them online, apparently when the conditions are just right there can be huge amounts of them. Well, as l;uck would have it, I guess we have just such conditions. The other night Tharren and I were watching TV in our living room and we started hearing buzzing and little thuds around the room. After a minute I said "Is that a June Bug?" Boy was I wrong! It was one it was 8!!!!! They were appearing faster than we could kill them. It became an all out battle. And when the dust had settled it was the humans, although severly out numbered, who were victorious! When it happened the next night, it was the last straw. We started to hunt and soon found that they were entering through our chimney, hense leading to Tharren the next day sitting on our roof. We covered it with aluminum screen material and have yet to have another breaking and entering. Although everynight at around 9:15 I lock all my doors and windows and no one is allowed in or out because these bugs are everywhere! YOu can see they swarming every tree in the neighborhood, Nasty!!

Wyatt kept saying to Tharren "I come up there with you?" And he sure was determined! He could almost reach the roof! Luckily I found him before he got any higher than this!

My mom said that when you have your second child that you start to forget to take individual pictres of your first, so I am determined to take individual pictures of Wyatt.

We found this Bumbo seat at a garage sale. Weston is constantly trying to sit up on his own even when he is in his bouncy seat and can see us all. I guess he just realizes that none of the rest of us are in reclining bouncy seats at the dinner table. I would do just about anything to get to see his sweet smile!

The first BBQ at our new house with friends! Wyatt was surrounded by 5 girls! Luke and Ayden where are you when we really need you?!

This is such a rare moment at our house. Wyatt doesn't just sit and relax very often, especially when it is unprompted. This lasted for about 2 seconds before he tore the page out but it was cute while it lasted! Ah, the soon to be 3 year old!!

Wyatt the photographer! He took these pictures all on his own! He sure is taking after his Grammie! He asks to take pictures all the time. He still doesn't quite get it that you have to see the faces on the screen to get them in the picture hense the last one! Otherwise he did pretty good and is so excited to see what he has taken.

A soup worth trying! We can't seem to ever get enough mexican food, so here is a creamy taco soup recipe that is quite easy and soooo goood!

Creamy Chicken Taco Soup

1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1 T minced garlic
vegetable oil
1 lb shredded chicken breast
1 package taco seasoning
1 (14 oz) can corn
1(16 oz) can pinto beans
1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
1 (8oz) package cream cheese

Saute onions, bell pepper, garlic in oil. Add everything else except the cream cheese. Simmer for 20 minutes. Put cream cheese in a bowl and spoon hot soup over to melt it, once melted add to soup pot, add liquid til desired consistency and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, avocado. Also great the next day over rice

This sweet gem is the Plastic chandelier that was in our office used to be dining room. Needless to say we replaced it but I couldn't resist the picture. When we took it down Wyatt said "Oh, a diamond, this is special!"

This is our beautiful, huge backyard. We are putting in a garden this week and are so excited about it.

Here is our living room with some furniture in it. We found the red couch at a garage sale and I love, love, love it!

Wyatt is always walking around in our shoes, it is too cute. He put these on as we were leaving, I guess they are easier to slip on than his own!

Wyatt is so precious, we went to our new ward on Sunday and Wyatt sat down in nursery next to a little boy and said" Hi, my name is Wyatt Lawson Duffy, what is yours?" The other boy just looked at him. Too cute!

These are the finished project pictures. Wyatt still says, oops I touched the walls everytime he does because we had to tell so many times not to when we were painting. Wyatt loves his new house and is always telling us "this is my new house, it is really big." He also says" we live in Michigan, that is in Grand Blanc."
